Here's some Ribbon Flower that I played with. I have never made these before, but I found a swap on SCS that had a tutorial that looked like I might be able to do it. :) So here is my take on a birthday card and a Get Well Card with the flowers. The ribbon is just some that I picked up at WalMart and the button is something I found in my stash. The stamp is from Perfectly Clear Stamps and I colored the balloons with my colored pencils and added some glitter for pop. The cardstock is from my scrap stash so I am sorry, but don't remember who it's by. My second card the ribbon is from some that I found in my ribbon stash and placed a pink gem on it to bring out the pink in the flower. The stamp is from Skipping Stones Stamps and I love this stamp! Paper is from my scrap stash (I really need to clean that out lol). Hope you enjoy my take on ribbon flowers.

So it's been awhile since I posted any of my creations but thought I would share a few booksmarks that I finished for some swaps. The first one I stamped with Artful Inkables Twilight set the background and the Books with Bite are stamps. Finished the teeth with some reg glitter glue. My second bookmark is a digi stamp of the wonderfully mad Mad Hatter in Alice In Wonderland. I typed the Time for Tea and added that. I tried something different with stapling the ribbon to the top and I like how that turned out. Both sets of paper are from Bazzil Cardstock.

So it has been a very long time since I posted anything on my blog and I have made several cards since then...this first card I made for one of my friends daughter's birthday's and I also used it over at the Sweet Pea Stamp Blog for there June challenge. There challenge this month was a free for all using any of the Sweet Pea Stamps and verses.

My second card I did for a Goth Swap on SCS a couple of months ago...the stamp a digi of Ebony from The Greeting Farm. I saw this card in a magazine and wanted to try it out and impressed with how easy it was to make it. I totally love my skull and cross bones that I made with my cricut too!

Here is another card that I made for a spot in that Goth Swap on SCS also..this stamp is from Queen Kat and the paper is just some that I had in my scrap pile.

Here is my 2nd card in the CHA Relay for The Greeting Farm..this is Charlotte! Isn't she just the cutest thing ever!

So I received the Margarita Birthday Stamps from Skipping Stones Designs and I totally love them! I found out they are doing a Blog Hop today and here is a card that I made with one of there wonderful sketches that they have one there site. The red paper is from Brazzil, the green is from the DCWV Indian Summer Stack and the other paper is just some that I had in my paper stash. I cut the circles with my new cricut and added some green bling and some glossy accent to the wine... I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I noticed that I haven't posted anything in a long time so I thought I would share a few cards that I have made the last couple of months. The first one was done for a Bookmark Card Swap on SCS. The brown cardstock is textured and from Brazzil. The colored cardstock is from DCWV Indian Summer stack. I have become an addict with there stacks. I love the foil and different patterns that stack has.

The second pic is of the bookmark. The purple paper is from the DCWV Indian Summer Paper Stack. The stamp I got at Hobby Lobby and it says, "Take Time to enjoy The Simple Things".

This card was inspired by the swap Pink Christmas. The cardstock is from the Gemstone Collection at JoAnn's and the paper is from K&I. Its shimmery and iridescent...added a snowflake and a green glitter brad. Happy Pink Christmas!

This last card was done for a Naughty Christmas Card swap on SCS. I had some leftover red cardstock in my scrap stash and the green paper is from K&I. You can't tell but it is shimmery with hot cocoa on it. The stamp is from My Favorite Things and colored with markers. Added a candy cane sticker and red jewels at the bottom. The inside says, "Is that a candy cane in your pocket or are you happy to see me?" I got back some awesome cards from this swap and can't wait till next years swap.
